Human Resource Manager

I've spent the bulk of my career and education in the Human Resources or Human Services fields. Moving into Human Resources in the environmental field allowed me to combine two passions into one. Our goal as a company is to exceed the current standards of compliance and environmentally responsible clean up as well as supporting our employees at a level that isn't typical in this industry.

One of my favorite parts of my job is interviewing experienced environmental technicians and seeing the surprise as I list off our safety programs and standards, employee benefits, retention programs, and discuss the philosophy of Evo Eco. It's terrifying how often I've heard from perspective employees that their past employers did not provide proper PPE. Ensuring the safety of our employees by providing training and top of the line PPE and materials is our bare minimum standard. Our employees head an Operator and Technician led Safety Committee that holds the power to influence or even reframe our processes or materials. They are the ones out in the field, so when it comes to safety, their voices and perspectives hold the most weight.

We are a young company consistently growing and evolving into the owner's vision. We are focused on creating a successful foundation with the right skills and passion in the right places. We believe that this strong foundation and team mentality will allow us to continue to be the needed change in the industry.

As Evo Eco's Human Resource Manager, it is an absolute privilege to support the staff and crews spearheading this mission. I am also an avid collector of fun shaped erasers.

Ready When You Are.

We bring the experience, equipment, and commitment. No guesswork, no shortcuts—just a team that shows up and gets it done. You tell us what you’re up against and what you need, we’ll help you make it happen.
