A Tier 1 technician position is a full time starting position within our company and involves physical work outdoors in the elements.  We are looking for a safety-oriented and punctual individual.  The position requires a positive and teachable attitude.  As we are a start-up company you will be getting in on the ground floor of a company with limitless potential for promotions as the company grows.

• Ensure health and safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• This is a manual labor position.  Every job site will be different, but all will involve light industrial work.  

• High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) 
• Ability to carry out written and verbal instructions 
• Strong work ethic and willing to learn on the job as well as through formal training and classes as required and paid for by the company
• Ability to work in a team environment but also carry out assigned tasks with minimal supervision. 
•  Must have own transportation to and from office
• Ability to wear a respirator as needed (Clean shaven/mustache facial hair acceptable)
•  Legally eligible to work in the US
• Dependable 

• Pay scale is between $18.00/hr - $22.00/hr 
• Per Diem provided for out of area multi day jobs
