I've been in environmental consulting for more than 45 years, and I've been with Evo Eco since day one. My degree in environmental science gave me the foundation, but decades in the field gave me the perspective that experience is the best teacher.

What I enjoy most about Evo is working alongside fellow techs who share the same drive to do things right. We're not stuck in one way of doing things - we adjust to the situation, bring in new ideas, and find solutions that fit. That flexibility is what sets Evo apart.

For clients, I'd say the value we bring is understanding and experience. We've seen a lot over the years, and we use that knowledge to solve problems without overcomplicating them. For anyone thinking about joining the team, my advice is simple: this isn't just a job, it's a career, and one worth building.

Outside of work, I stay busy learning new technology and programs - always trying to stay ahead of the curve. My hope for Evo is that we keep exceeding expectations, both for our clients and for the people who work here.
