Operators play a critical role by driving and maintaining heavy vehicles while also assisting with industrial fieldwork. Every jobsite is different, requiring adaptability, teamwork, and professionalism. Work is based out of the local shop with assignments at customer job sites. Travel includes local daily trips as well as occasional overnight stays depending on project needs.

Position Details
  • Health & Safety: Make safety the top priority by following all safe work practices, policies, and procedures at all times.
  • Vehicle Operation & Labor: Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently while also performing physical industrial work outdoors in varying conditions.
  • Jobsite Support: Assist with field operations, ensuring that equipment, vehicles, and work areas are maintained to company standards.
  • Adaptability: Adjust to changing jobsite environments and tasks, performing both driving and labor duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License with Tanker and Air Brakes endorsements (Hazardous Materials endorsement preferred)
  • Clean driving record (subject to review)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience driving heavy vehicles; prior vacuum truck experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn through on-the-job and company-provided training
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to wear a respirator when required (clean-shaven or mustache facial hair acceptable)
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • OSHA 10, Confined Space, and 40-hour HAZWOPER certifications (preffered)
