We are seeking a Tier 2 Technician to join our team in a full-time role. This position is hands-on and involves physical work outdoors in all weather conditions. Candidates must be reliable, safety-focused, and willing to learn. A positive, teachable attitude is essential.
As a Tier 2 Technician, you will perform light industrial labor while also helping to mentor and support more junior staff. You will be directly involved in field work, working closely with your crew and Project Manager to ensure tasks are completed safely and effectively.

Work is based out of the local shop with assignments at customer jobsites. Travel includes local daily trips as well as occasional overnight stays depending on project needs.

Position Details
- Health & Safety: Make safety the top priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and procedures, and by working in a safe manner at all times.
- Hands-On Labor: Perform physical, light industrial work at a variety of jobsites, adjusting to the unique conditions and requirements of each project.
- Team Support: Work closely with the crew to complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining a cooperative, team-oriented attitude.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to more junior staff, helping to build their skills and confidence in the field.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn through on-the-job training and company-provided classes
- Ability to work well as part of a team while also carrying out tasks independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license for travel to and from the home office (transportation to job sites is provided by the company)
- Ability to wear a respirator when required (clean-shaven or mustache facial hair acceptable)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical outdoor work
